The specific breakdown includes 182.13 hectares in Udachiwadi, 49.52 hectares in Vanpuri, 11.18 hectares in Khanwadi, and 10.36 hectares in Pargaon.Compensation for the land will follow the rates approved by the high-powered committee in April, calculated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.The approved compensation is set at Rs3.79 crore per hectare (approximately Rs1.61 crore per acre). This figure includes the market value, a multiplier factor of two, 100% solatium, and an additional 12% component.Beyond the land value, owners will receive double the assessed value of all immovable assets, including houses, cattle sheds, wells, borewells, and fruit-bearing trees, based on joint site inspections. The administration clarified that the acquisition of the rehabilitation site will follow the same procedure as the main airport project. However, officials warned that only landowners who execute consent agreements will be eligible for the full suite of benefits under the MIDC Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy of 2019.Those whose properties are acquired through “compulsory acquisition” (without consent) will not be eligible for these specific rehabilitation benefits. The administration has appealed to residents to submit their documents within the notified period, highlighting that the proposed airport is expected to generate significant employment and business opportunities for the Purandar taluka
