Prayagraj: Kareli police on Friday arrested a criminal, identified as Mohd Rashid Durani (34), a resident of Kasari Masari, in the property dealer Mohd Irfan killing case.Durani was carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head.Police said that a city-based property dealer, Irfan, was allegedly shot dead by a group of miscreants near a tea stall in Guas Nagar area under the limits of Kareli police station on April 8.An FIR was lodged in the case. Police said that Rashid Durani was the mastermind behind the property dealer’s murder. Police are now looking for his brother Mohd Aasif Durani for his involvement in the crime. Aasif is absconding.Five criminal cases were pending against Rashid. Four arrests have been made in the case so far.
