Patna: Patliputra University (PPU) on Wednesday released the detailed examination schedule for LLB and BEd programmes, with examinations set to begin from July 2 at selected centres in colleges across Patna and Nalanda districts of the state.According to PPU examination controller Manoj Kumar, the three-year LLB first-year examination for the academic session 2025-28 will be conducted from July 2 to July 11, with the first sitting scheduled from 10am to 1pm.“The LLB second-year examination of the academic session 2024-27 will be held from July 14 to July 22 in the first sitting from 10am to 1pm with the number of candidates around 1,200,” Kumar said, adding that the LLB third-year examination of the academic session 2023-26 will be conducted from July 2 to July 13 in the second sitting from 2pm to 5pm. TPS College-Patna will be the only centre for law examinations.For the BEd programme, the first-year examination will take place from July 2 to July 9 in the first sitting from 9.30am to 12.30pm while the BEd second-year examination will be conducted from July 2 to July 7 in the second sitting from 2pm to 4pm. “Around 5,800 candidates will be appearing in the BEd exams in the first and second years each. The total number of centres will be nine, of which six will be in Patna and three in Nalanda,” he said.The university has instructed all examination centres to ensure strict adherence to the schedule and smooth conduct of examinations across the designated colleges in both districts. Besides, the university has decided to deploy flying squad teams to keep a close watch on each centre. “The examinations will be conducted under strict adherence to the guidelines issued by the university to maintain the sanctity and transparency in the examination process,” he said.
