Nagpur: Nagpur-based CS Tech AI (formerly Ceinsys Tech Limited) marked its listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with the traditional bell-ringing ritual at the NSE headquarters. Founded in 1998, CS Tech AI was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in 2014 under the ticker CEINSYS. The NSE debut (with the same symbol) is poised to boost liquidity, attract more institutional investors, and enhance market visibility. Chairman and whole-time director Sagar Meghe led the bell-ringing alongside key executives. The ceremony featured a festive setup, complete with marigold garlands and the iconic NSE bull statue. Meghe highlighted company’s flagship initiatives like IoT-enabled water monitoring to address challenge of equitable water access, digital project management system for real-time tracking of physical and financial progress for over 900 water infrastructure schemes in Maharashtra, inter-basin river linking DPR for a massive initiative aimed at irrigating an additional 4 lakh hectares in Vidarbha, AI-Driven Analytics and Digital Twins to improve infrastructure planning and lifecycle management. CS Tech AI plans to leverage its dual listing on BSE and NSE to broaden institutional participation and invest further in innovation. “The company remains focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation, aligned with India’s accelerating infrastructure expansion,” Meghe said.
