Frasers Group Acquires Harvey Nichols

Frasers Group has acquired luxury retailer Harvey Nichols. The acquisition includes Harvey Nichols’ portfolio of six stores as well as its online business, existing inventory and more than 1,000 employees. Although the announcement did not disclose specific transaction details, Frasers Group previously offered to buy the department store chain for about £40 million ($54 million). {Frasers Group}

Marc Jacobs Releases Micro-Drama for Fall 2026 Campaign

For its Fall 2026 campaign, Marc Jacobs unveiled an episodic micro-drama called “The Swap,” starring Rowan Blanchard and Jemima Kirke. In the campaign video, the duo mistakenly swaps their Scene Bags at the Marc Jacobs runway show, and Kirke begins the search for her own bag. “The Swap” marks the latest chapter in “Question Marc,” the brand’s

Tapestry, Inc. Reports 9% Spike in Q4 Revenue

Tapestry, Inc. — the parent company of Coach and Kate Spade New York — posted its Q4 2026 results on Thursday, which showed a 9% bump in revenue to $1.9 billion. For the fiscal year 2026, the company reported annual revenue of $8 billion, marking a 14% increase compared to the prior year. Coach was the company’s top performer, as it delivered double-digit revenue growth in every quarter of the fiscal year 2026. {Tapestry, Inc.}

Kylie Jenner is Alo’s latest campaign star. Anthropologie Is Revamping Its Beauty Assortment

Anthropologie is updating its beauty business by expanding in-store installations. Over the past year, one in six Anthropologie consumers bought a beauty product, which is largely due to the company’s beauty shop-in-shops. The retailer set up 27 shop-in-shop locations in stores last year, and it will end this year with 50. Its beauty advent calendar has also become so popular that it is moving up the release of its newer 12-day version. {Modern Retail}

Fabletics Eyes Global Expansion to Double Annual Revenue

Fabletics Inc. aims to double its annual revenue to $2 billion within five years by expanding its global retail presence. The retailer plans to open 25 U.S. outposts and about 20 new international stores in India, Mexico, Peru, Colombia and the United Arab Emirates over the next 12 months. CEO Adam Goldenberg said Fabletics’ revenue rose more than 14% in 2024, more than 18% in 2025 and is up more than 20% so far this year. {Bloomberg/paywalled}

Samsonite Acquires Béis

Luggage company Samsonite has acquired Béis, Shay Mitchell’s lifestyle and travel brand. Majority shareholder Beach House Group is selling its full 70% ownership stake in Béis as part of the transaction. Samsonite Group will acquire 85% of the equity of Béis for $178.5 million, and the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026. {Samsonite Group S.A.}
