Depop and Spotify Partner on Artist-Curated Shops
Depop and Spotify are collaborating to connect music and secondhand fashion through exclusive artist-curated Depop shops. Six artists — Eve, Amira Elfeky, Estevie, Frost Children, House of Protection and Lily Meola — will curate a personal collection of pieces from their own wardrobes. On Spotify, fans can also listen to a co-branded editorial playlist. Artist shop drops will be live on Aug. 12 at 3 p.m. ET. Depop and Spotify will host an activation on Aug. 13 and 14 at the Hollywood Premiere Motel on Hollywood Boulevard to celebrate the launch. {Fashionista inbox}
Keke Palmer to Host the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards
Keke Palmer is the host of the 2026 CFDA Fashion Awards, presented by Amazon Fashion. “To host this year’s CFDA Fashion Awards presented by Amazon Fashion is such an honor because it is a night that shines a spotlight on the visionary creatives who keep pushing culture forward with their imagination, craftsmanship and fearless originality,” Palmer said in a statement. On Reports 13.5% Growth in Q2
On Holding reported its Q2 2026 results on Tuesday, which showed a 13.5% increase in net sales year-over-year to CHF 850.3 million ($1.05 billion). Net sales through the company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel saw a 26% spike to CHF 388.4 million ($478.98 million). Its DTC business reached a new second-quarter high of 45.7% of net sales. For its full-year outlook, On is expecting to grow in the low-20% range on a constant currency basis. {On Holding}
Beyoncé Takes Full Control of SirDavis
Beyoncé bought out LVMH‘s stake in SirDavis, the whiskey brand that she launched with Moët Hennessy in 2024, meaning she now has full control of the business. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. SirDavis is headquartered in Houston, and the premium liquor brand was the first to be developed entirely internally by Moët Hennessy in the U.S. {WWD/paywalled}
Harvey Nichols Could Shutter Without New Investment
Department store chain Harvey Nichols has warned that it may not survive another year without new investment. Dickson Poon, the retailer’s owner, put Harvey Nichols up for sale in June. Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group offered to buy it for about £40 million ($54 million). Retailer Next was also interested in taking over the business, but it has since withdrawn its interest. {The Guardian}
