Nagpur: An 18-year-old student died by suicide after failing his first-year BCA examinations. The deceased, Arsh Bante, was a resident of Ladikar Layout under Hudkeshwar police station limits.Police said he was under severe stress and had spoken to a friend shortly before the incident, expressing anxiety over his results.On Sunday morning, when he did not come out of his room, his family grew concerned. His father forced the door open and found him hanging from a ceiling fan.A note recovered from the room read, “Mummy, forgive me … your son could not achieve anything.”Hudkeshwar police have registered a case of accidental death and are investigating further.
