Kanpur: Mukhtarul Amin has been unanimously elected as vice-chairman of Council for Leather Export (CLE) by Committee of Administration (COA) in a meeting held in Kolkata on March 30.COA members of all regions and regional chairman were present in the meeting, and they unanimously elected Mukhtarul Amin as vice-chairman and, after the meeting, greeted him for a new post. Amin earlier had twice worked as CLE chairman. His extensive experience, strong leadership, and profound understanding of the leather industry make him eminently capable of discharging this responsibility.Yadvendra Sachan, regional president, CLE central region, hoped that under the leadership of Mukhtarul Amin, the CLE will continue to advance on the path of progress and accord greater prestige and competitiveness to the Indian leather industry on the global stage.
