Patna: A 60-year-old man and his son died after they came into contact with an electric wire at a Bakhtiyarpur village in Barh subdivision of Patna on Sunday. His another son was severely injured. Devnandan Paswan, along with his two sons, Sanjit and Antu, had gone to fields when he stepped on a live wire lying there. While trying to save him, his son Sanjit was also electrocuted. Antu also tried to save him and sustained burn injuries. Antu is undergoing treatment in a private clinic in Harnaut. Police have started an investigation. The postmortem of the father and son was done in Barh subdivision hospital.
