Patna: A 40-year-old property dealer was shot dead at Imli Tal area under Danapur police station limits in Patna district late on Friday evening. Deceased Sonu Kumar, a resident of Sipara, had a criminal background, with several cases registered against him, according to police.City SP (west) Sanket Kumar said a special police team has been formed in connection with the murder.“Raids are being conducted at possible hideouts where the criminals may have fled, and CCTV footage of the area is being examined to identify the accused. Further investigation is underway,” he added.The body was sent for for postmortem at Danapur subdivisional hospital.
