Hyderabad: A 40-year-old man allegedly killed her by slitting her throat in their room in an apartment complex at Sanathnagar on Tuesday. The victim was identified as G Renuka (38).Naresh was working as a watchman at an apartment in Fathenagar and was staying in a room on the same premises with Renuka and their three daughters. For the past four days, Naresh had been arguing with Renuka, suspecting her of speaking on the phone with unidentified persons.At around 11 am on Tuesday, Naresh had an argument with Renuka over the same issue. During the argument, in a fit of rage, Naresh picked up a vegetable knife and killed Renuka by slitting her throat. After committing the murder, Naresh fled from the house.Alerted by the victim’s daughters, the residents of the apartment called the police. Sanathnagar police, along with the Clues team, rushed to the scene and collected evidence. The body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital for autopsy. A case was registered under Section 103 (1) (murder) against Naresh, and Sanathnagar police launched a manhunt to nab him.
