Chennai: Police arrested an autorickshaw driver, Muniyandi, 35, on Wednesday for harassing a woman traffic constable, Rishika, 25, on Tuesday evening at Ashok Pillar junction on Tuesday. A drunk Muniyandi came by at 6pm and picked an argument with Rishika. On her complaint, the Vyasarpadi police registered a case and arrested himon Wednesday. Muniyandi has two previous criminal cases registered against him. He was produced before a magistrate court and remanded in judicial custody.tnn
