Nagpur: A man allegedly flashed at an eight-year-old girl in Besa on June 25 before fleeing. Hudkeshwar police have launched manhunt for the accused after registering a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act .Police said the incident occurred around 9pm when the girl stepped out of her house to invite a neighbour to play. The accused, believed to be around 30, allegedly asked her about a birthday celebration underway nearby before exposing himself and making inappropriate advances.The traumatised child informed her mother, who searched the area but could not trace the accused. Police are probing the case.
