Vadodara: A man was assaulted and stabbed by three men near the ST Depot in Nizampura early on Friday morning. The victim, Dharmesh Patil, filed a complaint against the trio at Fatehgunj police station.According to police, Patil went to the depot with a friend to have tea. The accused trio — Tanmay Jadav, Chirag Solanki and Viraj Parmar — were already there. They got into a fight with Patil over a year ago. When they saw him, the three allegedly began abusing him.Matters heated up and the trio allegedly assaulted Patil. Jadav pulled out a knife and allegedly stabbed Patil in the chest. The three men then fled. The victim’s friend rushed him to hospital.
