Lucknow: The state govt reshuffled positions of 13 senior IAS officers on Tuesday.Four divisions have new commissioners, including Gorakhpur, where Indra Vikram Singh is the new DC, followed by Basti where Vaibhav Srivastava has been posted as the DC, Bareilly to which Shambhu Kumar has been transferred and Prayagraj, of which Lokesh M is the DC.Anil Dhingra has been appointed housing commissioner, UP Awas Vikas Parishad, and secretary at the department of housing and urban planning. Ravindra, principal secretary agriculture, has been given additional charge of director state agriculture produce mandi council.Prakash Bindu has been posted as managing director of PCDF, while Bhupendra S Chaudhary is the new secretary at the administrative reforms department. Saumya Agarwal is the new labour commissioner, while Sandeep Kumar is the new MD of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.Pushp Raj Singh has been posted as additional CEO of Noida, while Balkar Singh is now the CEO of UP State Industrial Development Authority. Satish Pal has been transferred as special secretary in the home department.
