Kerativ was founded by Stanford-trained, board-certified dermatologist Dr. Joyce Park, who continues to actively see patients at Skin Refinery, while also educating millions as @TeaWithMD. Her unique vantage point, both in clinic and across a highly engaged digital audience, gives her direct, real-time insight into how consumers experience hair loss, what confuses them and what actually drives behavior.
One concern consistently surfaced across both channels: patients felt overwhelmed by options and unclear on what actually works. Many were looking for something straightforward, effective and easy to stay consistent with. Kerativ was built directly from that gap. It reflects how Dr. Park approaches hair loss in practice: focus on the scalp as the foundation for healthy hair, use clinically validated ingredients and design routines simple enough to follow every day.
