Hisar: To enhance transparency and accountability, Fatehabad police have launched a new initiative allowing citizens to provide real-time feedback on police services using QR code technology.Under the system, QR codes will be displayed prominently with sentries at every police station, police post, and other areas across the district.By scanning the QR code with a mobile phone, citizens can share their experiences and opinions regarding the services received. The feedback will be monitored directly by police officials to identify areas for improvement and to strengthen public trust. The system has been implemented at various police contact points, including police stations, police posts, traffic checkpoints, PCR vehicles, and women’s help desks. Through a digital feedback form, users can comment on service quality, behaviour of the personnel, and the resolution status of their issues.“This initiative marks a step towards public-oriented, transparent and responsible policing,” said Siddhant Jain, SP, Fatehabad.
