Kolkata: The board of directors of HDFC Ergo General Insurance has approved the elevation of Parthanil Ghosh as managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. The appointment will be effective from April 16, and is subject to IRDAI and other necessary approvals. In this new role, he will succeed Anuj Tyagi.
