Calcutta HC on Monday granted bail to a Tamluk’s Amit Mondal, accused by a BLO of filing Form 7 under a “false declaration”, seeking deletion of names of 340 people the grounds of “not Indian citizen” and “death”. Justice Tirthankar Ghosh imposed conditions, saying Mindal must meet the IO once a week, inform police about his place of residence and cannot enter Tamluk constituency without CJM’s permission. tnn
