Srinagar, Sept 26: The Jammu and Kashmir government has issued the roster of ministers and administrative secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, during October 2026.
As per government order no. 1574-JK(GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department on September 25, Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science & Technology, Information Technology, Youth Services & Sports and ARI & Trainings Satish Sharma will remain available at the Civil Secretariat from October 5 to 9.
Javed Ahmed Rana, Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, has been assigned the roster for October 12 to 16.
Nasir Aslam Wani, Advisor to the Chief Minister, will remain available from October 19 to 23, while Javed Ahmad Dar, Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Departments, will be available from October 26 to 30.
The order states that the concerned ministers shall make it convenient to remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, during their respective roster periods.
The government has also issued a separate roster for administrative secretaries for the same month.
Under government order no. 1573-JK(GAD) of 2026, M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, and Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, Commissioner/Secretary, Floriculture, Parks & Gardens Department, have been assigned the first roster period from October 5 to 9.
For October 12 to 16, the roster includes Sheetal Nanda, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary, Forest, Ecology & Environment Department, and Ram Niwas Sharma, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary, School Education Department.
Vikramjit Singh, IPS, Commissioner/Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, and Avny Lavasa, IAS, Secretary, Transport Department, will be available from October 19 to 23.
For the final roster period, Anil Kumar Singh, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works (R&B) Department, and Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department, have been assigned October 26 to 30.
