Mysuru: A group of four youths allegedly robbed a petrol station staff member late on Friday, after threatening them with a sharp weapon in Bilikere police limits. The district police, having taken up a case of robbery, are probing.Additional superintendent of police C Mallik said the incident happened at a petrol station near Kirumuddanahalli around 10.30pm on Friday. Teams have been formed to crack the case.Armed with knives, four youths arrived in a car without a number plate and barged into the office, attacked two staff members at the petrol station, and fled with Rs 10,000 from the day’s transactions. They came there in the guise of tanking up their vehicle, though the station was closed for the day, police said.The incident has been captured on CCTV.
