Nagpur: A fire broke out in a forested patch near Chinchbhuvan along Wardha Road on Sunday, raising concern among residents. The blaze was reported around 11.04am at a garbage dump and, fuelled by dry conditions and heat, quickly spread to the adjoining green cover.Two fire tenders from the Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s Trimurti Nagar and Narendra Nagar fire stations reached the spot and brought the fire under control after more than four hours. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
