Ahmedabad: The Class 12 General Stream (Commerce) board exams in Gujarat concluded on Tuesday with the Accountancy paper, which students described as notably easy. Most questions were lifted directly from the textbook, giving well-prepared candidates a strong chance to score high marks.Students said the paper featured 20 simple MCQs and straightforward one-line answer questions. Major topics — including final accounts and company accounts — were asked exactly as illustrated in textbook examples. With the Accountancy exam completed, Commerce stream assessments have officially ended. However, exams for Class 10 and Class 12 General Stream (Arts) will continue until Wednesday.According to official data, 2,13,522 students registered for the Accountancy exam, and 2,11,832 appeared. No cases of malpractice were reported statewide.
