LOCATION

Dharashiv district lies between 17°37′N–18°42′N latitudes and 75°17′E–76°47′E longitudes. It is bordered by Beed in the north, Latur in the east, the state of Karnataka in the southeast, Solapur in the southwest and west, and Ahmadnagar in the northwest.
