Vadodara: Two boys, 12 and 2 years old, died after their mother — married to a policeman posted in Dahod district — poisoned them and tried to end her own life with the same poison. The woman is admitted at Dahod Civil Hospital. The matter came to light on Thursday morning when neighbours learned that the 32-year-old woman had poisoned her sons at their residence on the Godi Road in Dahod. All three were then rushed to Dahod Civil Hospital. The two boys were declared dead there while the woman is receiving medical treatment. Sources said that the policeman is from Bhavnagar and the family were living in a rented house in Dahod. Investigators said the reason for the extreme step is not known yet.
