Patna: CM Samrat Choudhary on Sunday said district hospitals across Bihar now provide facilities for 36 categories of surgical operations and warned that doctors referring patients to higher medical institutions without valid reasons would face action under the rules.Samrat made the remarks in Jamui district after unveiling a life-size statue of former Union home minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel near the new Borwa bus stand in Jhajha block.
