Vadodara: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday declared the Class X results nearly a month ahead of schedule, with most city schools recording 100% pass rates.At Delhi Public School, Harni, Arpit Verma topped among 220 students with 99.2%, while Nimay Patel secured the top spot at New Era Senior Secondary School with 99% among 115 students.At D R Amin Memorial School, all 140 students passed, with Moksha Keyur Bhatt topping with 98.67%. Anand Vidya Vihar also recorded a 100% result, with Jwaldeep Kataria securing 98.2%.At Navrachana International School, Vadodara (NISV), Aashna Tanna topped with 98.60% and scored perfect marks in three subjects among 70 students. Navrachana Vidyani Vidyalaya also recorded a 100% result, with Vandan Thakar securing 98%.At Navrachana Higher Secondary School, Sama, Avni Kaushik topped among 217 students with 97.83%.At Podar World School, Sherkhi, all 53 students passed, with Pottabathula Sai Sankeerth scoring 96.8%.At Urmi School and Hostel (BRG Group), all 116 students cleared the exam, with visually impaired student Gauri Shardul standing out with 93%.Bright Day School’s CBSE unit at Vasna recorded a 100% result, with all 255 students passing and Dev Lakhtariya topping with 97.6%. At its Gada Circle unit, 369 students appeared, with Darsh Jain securing the highest score of 98%.At Podar International School, Tanvi Belani topped among 124 students with 97.8%. Yug Manish Shah of Cygnus World School scored 97.6%, while Rahin Brahmbhatt of Phoenix Institute, Makarpura Road, topped with 97.4%.In line with the National Education Policy (NEP), CBSE introduced two board examinations for Class X this year. The first was conducted in February-March, while the second is scheduled for May.Traditionally announced in mid-May, the results were declared early this year due to faster evaluation and the revised exam system. Students will have to apply for the second examination through their schools, for which a separate circular will be issued.
