Ranchi: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has formally lodged a case in connection with the missing minor girl of Bokaro district following the Jharkhand high court’s order last month. Notably, the girl went missing in Oct, 2020. The state police have not been able to trace the girl even as five years passed since an FIR was lodged in this connection. Notably, four persons have been under investigation. During the hearing, state govt had submitted that it had no objection to a CBI inquiry in the case.
