Silchar: Cachar administration on Monday issued a flood advisory as the Barak river rose amid incessant rain and an IMD heavy-rain forecast for Assam.The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) said the weather increased the risk of flooding, flash floods and urban waterlogging in vulnerable areas.
