Vadodara: A case of robbery was registered against three unidentified men at JP Road police station on Thursday after a businessman was looted in Tandalja.Hussain Saherwala told police that he was intercepted by the accused while returning home on his two-wheeler on Wednesday evening. The trio allegedly threatened him with a knife and forced him to hand over Rs 3.5 lakh in cash.The accused also took away his mobile phone before fleeing.Police have launched a search operation and are scanning CCTV footage from the area to identify the suspects.
