Bengaluru: A 13-year-old missing girl was traced in two-three hours and reunited with her parents.The RT Nagar resident, studying in class 7, was dropped at school around 9am on Feb 10 by her grandfather. In his complaint, the girl’s father said she did not return home after school.
The family searched for her at houses of friends and relatives. Police initiated an investigation, checked CCTV footage from the school and surrounding areas, and circulated messages on WhatsApp groups and police stations.Cops later received information that the girl was spotted on Commercial Street. Officers rushed to the spot and handed her over to her parents. The girl did not disclose how she reached Commercial Street.
