Nagpur: Technical glitches continued to disrupt BEd CET 2026 examination for the second consecutive day, triggering protests by candidates. The state CET cell later issued a circular stating the exam has been rescheduled for all those appearing at Wainganga College of Engineering and Management. Chaos continued at the college, where agitated students gathered and raised slogans after learning that their exam had been cancelled yet again. Many candidates had travelled from outside Nagpur, including neighbouring Madhya Pradesh, only to face uncertainty. Officials said this follows similar disruptions on Day 1, when technical issues at three centres across the state prevented over 1,200 candidates from appearing for the exam. In response, the CET cell, in its circular cited technical glitches behind the cancellation. Candidates will be informed about their revised examination centre and timing through registered email IDs and mobile numbers. Authorities have also advised students to download updated admit cards from the official portal once the new schedule is released.Officials did not specify the exact cause of the glitches or provide a timeline for the rescheduled exams, further adding to uncertainty among candidates.
