Nagpur: Maharashtra revenue minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule was appointed as the BJP’s central observer for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections in Odisha scheduled for March 16 with political parties preparing their organisational strategies ahead of voting.His appointment was announced by BJP national president Nitin Nabin, entrusting Bawankule with overseeing party affairs related to election process in the state.
Expressing gratitude, Bawankule thanked PM Narendra Modi, home minister Amit Shah, and Nabin for placing their confidence in him. “The responsibility will be carried out with honesty while adhering to organisational discipline,” he added.
