BENGALURU: A 70-year-old man who was attacked allegedly by his son with a baseball bat over a property dispute died while undergoing treatment in a hospital Tuesday morning.The victim, Munikrishna, a resident of Doopanahalli in Indiranagar, was a retired BMTC conductor. The accused are his elder son, Mohan Kumar, and younger one, Gajendra.The assault happened between 10.15pm and 10.30pm on Feb 14. Chennai: Tiruvallur Pocso court sentenced a 27-year-old man to 22 years of imprisonment to be undergone concurrently for kidnapping and raping a 16-year-old girl.
