Lucknow: Strengthening its focus on skill-based education, UP govt has decided to provide vocational training to students of Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Vidyalayas, run by the social welfare department.Under the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission’s (UPSDM) ‘Project Praveen’ for 2026-27, more than 3,000 students across the state will be trained in employment-oriented sectors alongside their regular schooling.UPSDM has assigned the training target to 31 training provider institutions.
