Law firm ANM Global has bolstered its corporate and transactions capabilities with the addition of partner Supreme Waskar to its Delhi office.
Waskar brings over 17 years of experience advising corporates, funds, and institutional clients on complex M&A, private equity, and capital market transactions. He spent time as a partner at P&A Law Offices, before joining Samvad Partners in a six-month stint in May last year. He has been independent since December.
“In this role, Waskar will anchor high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, delivering end-to-end strategic counsel from deal structuring and due diligence to negotiations, regulatory compliance, and closure,” the firm said in a statement.

Earlier this year, ANM announced the promotion of Rahul Dhote as an equity partner. With Waskar’s appointment, ANM Global now has 15 partners, including 3 equity partners.
