Prayagraj: Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav will be on a two-day visit to Prayagraj on June 28 and 29, during which he will hold organisational meetings, interact with party leaders and address the media.The party has stepped up preparations for the visit, which is expected to focus on strengthening the organisation and discussing the prevailing political situation in the state.According to the schedule, Akhilesh will leave Lucknow’s Amausi Airport by a private aircraft at 11.30 am on June 28 and arrive at Prayagraj Airport at 12.15 pm. He is scheduled to address a news conference in the city where he is likely to share the party’s views on key political and public issues.Later in the evening, he will visit the residence of a party neta in Ashok Nagar before proceeding to the residence of city unit president Syed Iftikhar Hussain in Kareli. He will stay overnight in Prayagraj.On the second day, Akhilesh will participate in the ‘Vision India’ meeting at a hotel at 11 am. He is also scheduled to address the media again at 2pm. The visit will conclude with his interaction with local party netas.
