Ranchi: Three bike-borne criminals allegedly tried to attack Munawar Afaque, an approver in the murder case of businessman Kamal Bhushan, in Kantatoli on Sunday evening.In his complaint, Afaque told police that he was standing outside his house when the assailants pointed a gun at him. He claimed they apparently attempted to fire, but the bullet got stuck, following which they fled.Bhushan, a noted city businessman, was shot dead on May 30, 2022, in a busy area of Ratu Road under Sukhdevnagar police station limits. Police are examining the complaint and trying to identify the three suspects who arrived on a motorcycle and escaped after the failed attack bid.
