INDORE: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said the “system” created by top BJP politicians and certain businessmen controlling every aspect of governance in the country is threatened by students.Addressing youth at a ‘Chhatron ki Goonj’ in Indore, he said, “The system is threatened by students as they ask questions. That is why the system does not want students. The system wants ‘andh bhakts’.” He described students as embodiments of curiosity, love, humility, courage, tolerance and honesty, while characterising blind followers as “delusional, hateful, arrogant, cowardly, patriarchal and dishonest”.Rahul also targeted NSA Ajit Doval, accusing him of enabling “surveillance of citizens’ communication data to help govt exert control over the population”.
