Patna: Patliputra University (PPU) has declared the results of its Master of Laws (LLM) examination within three days of the conclusion of the exams, setting what university officials described as a record turnaround time. The results for the 2024-26 session were announced on Friday.PPU examination controller Manoj Kumar said 200 candidates appeared for the LLM examination, which concluded on July 21. Nearly 99% of the candidates cleared the examination.According to university officials, the swift result declaration was made possible through expedited evaluation and result-processing measures undertaken by the examination department.PPU registrar Abu Bakar said the timely publication of results was part of the university’s ongoing efforts to streamline its examination system and ensure that students receive academic benefits without unnecessary delays. He attributed the initiative to reforms being implemented under the supervision of Vice-Chancellor Upendra Prasad Singh.Kumar said the university has consistently worked towards reducing the gap between examinations and result declarations. He noted that PPU has been announcing the results of both undergraduate and postgraduate examinations within 30 days of the completion of exams. “The achievement reflects improved coordination among examination officials, evaluators and university departments,” Kumar said.University officials said the early declaration of LLM results would help students pursue further academic and professional opportunities without having to wait for prolonged result processing.
