A batch of 62 students from United University and the United Group of Institutions left for the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, on Saturday under the Summer Internship Programme 2026. While 55 students will return on July 12 after completing the internship, seven will remain at AIT until Aug 25 to undertake a two-month Capstone Project. The students were flagged off from the United Institute of Technology, Naini, where they were briefed on travel and academic guidelines. Two senior faculty members will accompany the group and supervise the academic programme.
