Mandya: Thirty garment factory workers were injured in a collision involving two buses near Hadli Gate in Basanapura village of Malavalli taluk on Saturday. Four of the injured were shifted to the Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS).Deputy commissioner Kumara and superintendent of police VJ Shobha Rani visited the injured at Malavalli General Hospital and enquired about their condition. The officials instructed doctors to ensure proper treatment and take all necessary emergency measures.According to police, the accident occurred near Hadli Circle when a bus travelling ahead stopped suddenly. The bus following it rammed the rear of the vehicle, and the impact caused it to overturn.All 30 injured passengers were initially treated at Malavalli General Hospital. Of them, four were later referred to MIMS for further treatment.
