Bhubaneswar: IMD on Wednesday issued warning that hot and humid conditions are likely to prevail in Puri, Ganjam and Gajapati districts till April 4. There is possibiity of light to moderate rain or thunderstorm activities till April 7. Besides, there is likely to be lightning and gusty surface wind warning till April 5, said an IMD bulletin.On Wednesday, Titlagarh recorded 39.5°C, the day’s highest followed by Angul at 39.1°C. The city recorded maximum of 37.5°C. Kalinga in Kandhamal district recorded highest of 20 mm rainfall in last 24 hours, said IMD rainfall report.
