New Delhi: Delhi Police’s crime branch has arrested two absconding accused in separate murder cases. Babul Kumar was held from Kirari Suleman Nagar in Delhi for allegedly shooting dead a delivery agent during a robbery attempt in Mahindwara, Bihar, on Aug 29, 2025. Acting on a tip-off from Bihar Police, officers traced him to Ratan Vihar, where he had been working as a welder for six months. In another case, Devraj Dabas (24) was arrested for allegedly shooting dead Bhupender (24) over a property dispute near Raj Vatika in Pooth Khurd on March 8. Two of his associates have also been apprehended, while one remains absconding. TNN
