I directed that all necessary measures be taken to ensure that every affected person receives proper treatment,” the MLA said.Authorities will examine the food served during the ceremony and conduct necessary tests to determine whether contamination was responsible. “Since a large number of people fell ill after consuming the prasad, food poisoning is suspected. However, the exact cause can be confirmed only after the food samples are tested and the investigation is over,” an official said.
