Dhubri: A pickup van driver was killed in a head-on collision with a goods truck on NH-17 at Loharpul on Tuesday morning.The van, carrying vegetables from Barpeta to West Bengal, collided with a goods truck travelling from West Bengal towards Dhubri.Police identified the driver as Ayas Ali, a resident of Raipur village in Barpeta district. An investigation is underway.
