Hyderabad: AI-led SaaS fintech and global spend management platform Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited on Tuesday said it plans to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in the United Arab Emirates, as part of plans to expand its international technology and investment footprint.The proposed company, to be called Zaggle Holding Limited, will be fully owned by the listed firm. The incorporation will be subject to applicable approvals and regulatory requirements.Zaggle said the entity will support fintech, SaaS and artificial intelligence businesses, while also serving as a holding company for investments in group companies and third-party entities, depending on future requirements.The company said ADGM would provide it with a strategic base to pursue opportunities in technology and financial services and create an institutional structure for future investments.Zaggle founder and executive chairman Raj P Narayanam said the planned Abu Dhabi unit marks an important step in building Zaggle’s international ambitions. He said the UAE’s position as a global hub for financial services, technology and innovation made it a suitable platform for pursuing opportunities across fintech, SaaS and AI, as well as for evaluating investments that could strengthen capabilities and expand markets.Incorporated in 2011 in Hyderabad, Zaggle operates in the business-to-business-to-customer segment and offers spend management, prepaid cards, commercial credit cards and SaaS products. As of June 30, 2026, it had issued more than 50 million prepaid cards through 19 banking partners and served more than 4.03 million users across diverse corporate sectors.
