Nagpur: A young housekeeping worker deployed at the Nagpur railway station allegedly died by suicide after a video call to his girlfriend. Police said the deceased, Ayush Waman, a resident of Danaganj, had been in a relationship with a young woman, but the couple were involved in arguments over the past few days.Ayush made a video call to his girlfriend on Monday morning and allegedly threatened to end his life. Despite the woman’s attempts to stop him, he allegedly hanged himself, said policeOfficials from Lakadganj police reached the spot and sent the body for autopsy. Police found the deceased had deleted his chat history before taking the extreme step. The mobile phone has been sent for forensic examination. An accidental death case was registered.
