Mysuru: A woman sustained injuries to her left leg after a rear tyre burst on a moving KSRTC bus in Hediyala village in Nanjangud taluk on Monday. This bus, belonging to the Gundlupet depot in Chamarajanagar, was ferrying passengers from Begur to HD Kote town. Shayida Banu, 38, a resident of Bankanahalli, sustained injuries in the incident. “The tyre was in good shape. It was an unfortunate incident,” said KSRTC officials from Gundlupet. The injured woman is now being treated at Saragur Govt Hospital.
