Ranchi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday arrested Dileep Singh Meena, a sub-postmaster of Manoharpur sub-post office in West Sighbhum district, for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000.The CBI, in a statement on Wednesday, said, “The complainant alleged that Meena had demanded Rs1.18 lakh bribe from the commission earned by him from selling post office schemes. A sum of Rs 20,000 was fixed to be paid as the first instalment, after negotiation.
